Chefs In The City gives cooks the once in a lifetime chance to go head to head with the pros at their own game. Each episode, one member of the public – mentored by Hardeep Singh Kohli – embarks on a journey to seek out the most delicious ingredients and the best culinary advice before taking up a one night only residence in a professional Chef’s restaurant kitchen. The pro and the competitor then cook-off and deliver two identical meals to a restaurant full of hungry critics who then vote a winner. Each episode is filmed in a different city, highlighting this nation’s culinary diversity.
